Position: CRM Specialist (Hourly Contractor) We are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo, Attentive, Django, and Looker to optimize our email and SMS marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in email coding, automation, and campaign execution and is highly analytical, leveraging data insights to drive engagement and performance. **Key Responsibilities** Klaviyo Email Development & Optimization: Code and implement high-performing email campaigns and automated journeys in Klaviyo. Continuously optimize email flows to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversions. Ensure all emails are responsive, visually compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines. Django Integration for Email Marketing: Leverage Django to enhance email functionality and automation within Klaviyo. Work with developers (if applicable) to ensure seamless data integration between Django and Klaviyo. Attentive SMS Campaigns & Copywriting: Draft compelling SMS copy for promotional and brand awareness campaigns. Schedule and manage SMS campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Looker, Google Analytics (GA), Klaviyo, and Attentive. Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications: Proficiency in Klaviyo, including email coding (HTML/CSS) and automation setup. Experience with Django for email-related integrations. Strong writing skills for SMS copywriting with an understanding of best practices. Familiarity with Looker & Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who is both technical and creative, combining email development skills with data-driven insights to enhance our customer communication strategy.
