Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled Lead Research & Outreach Specialist to join our team as a contractor. You will be responsible for managing the full front-end of the sales process — from identifying qualified leads to booking meetings with interested prospects. You’ll be working on behalf of our agency clients, under our brand, following clearly defined strategies. Who We Are: We’re Brandential — a results-driven client acquisition agency working with creative freelancers and small agencies (web design, branding, etc.) who want to expand internationally. We handle the full sales process for them — your job is to generate qualified interest and booked meetings; our closers then take over to handle the rest. What You'll Do: • Research and build accurate, relevant lead lists based on client profile and target market • Find and verify contact details • Write or personalize cold outreach messages (email, LinkedIn) • Launch and manage outreach campaigns • Handle initial replies and qualify real interest • Book meetings with prospects who are a fit and genuinely interested • Keep lead data updated and organized Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold outreach • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Fluent English • Responsible, communicative, and able to follow structured SOPs • Open to working white-label (representing our clients as if you were part of their team) How We Work: • This is a contractor role, not a salaried position • You will be expected to work based on results — booked meetings with qualified leads • If you consistently deliver effective, high-quality work, you’ll receive stable compensation and we’re open to long-term collaboration with structured contracts • We also have closers on our team who will follow up with the meetings you book — your role is focused entirely on generating qualified calls What We’re Looking For: • Someone who is experienced, self-managed, and delivers results • Someone who values long-term, consistent work and wants to grow with us • Someone who takes ownership and acts like a professional partner, not just a task-taker To apply: Send a short message with examples of past campaigns, tools you’ve used, and the types of clients you’ve worked with.
