We’re seeking an experienced Sponsorship Coordinator to help secure sponsors for a well-established national event for women entrepreneurs, and professionals Now entering its 9th year, this empowering experience focuses on lifestyle, leadership, and business etiquette. You’ll lead the outreach and follow-up efforts to secure brand sponsorships. We already have a professionally designed sponsorship deck and a curated list of contacts (you’ll create the wish list, and we’ll provide the contact info). You’ll handle the outreach, relationship-building, and follow-through. What You’ll Do - Identify and compile a targeted wish list of potential sponsors - Send compelling, personalized outreach emails using our deck - Handle follow-ups and build rapport with potential sponsors - Close deals and provide brief weekly status updates What We’ll Provide - A polished, branded sponsorship deck - A curated contact list to accompany your sponsor wish list - Access to past sponsor examples and event success metrics - Clear communication and a fast approval process What We’re Looking For - A proven track record of securing sponsorships for events, creators, or influencers - Confidence and professionalism in written outreach - Experience with women-centered, lifestyle, or business brands - Organized, persistent, and self-driven Compensation - Base Project Fee: $500 Commission: 15% of each confirmed sponsorship (paid once funds are received) Timeline - Outreach begins when hired - Final sponsors secured by: October 31, 2025
