I’m seeking a spiritually aligned and heart-centered co-host to help lead a virtual yoga and wellness workshop focused on self-discovery, ego release, and nervous system healing. This immersive experience blends ancient wisdom with modern mindfulness. It includes guided yoga flows, meditation, energy work, journaling, and open dialogue to help participants reconnect with their highest self. This workshop requires time to understand, create, and contribute time to put together sequences, prompts, speaking points, and other information. You’ll collaborate with me to: - Co-lead live Zoom sessions (movement, breathwork, or spiritual discussion) - Support participant engagement and Q&A - Co-create workshop content and rituals - Help hold sacred, safe space for transformation Please add RYT certifications and any other certificates you have!! Ideal collaborator traits: - Experienced yoga teacher, healer, or spiritual guide - Strong Zoom presence and facilitation confidence - Creative and collaborative mindset - Deep interest in themes like ego release, Kundalini, Ayurveda, inner child work, etc. - Reliable, grounded, and intuitive in group settings Extra Info: - Format: Live Zoom calls with optional replays - Tentative timeline: EOY - You’ll be credited and introduced as a co-host across marketing materials and in-session intros - Preferably someone with a ring light, clear audio, and a quiet space to host from - Emphasis on shared energetic alignment over perfection, come as your true self!
