We’re looking for a cold outreach strategist and executor to take ownership of our B2B partnership development funnel. Your job is to build and execute cold email and cold calling campaigns that convert moving companies, realtors, and self-storage operators into active, revenue-generating partners. We're not looking for someone learning on the job. We need a battle-tested professional who knows how to: - Build high-performing cold email sequences - Set up automated cold outreach systems (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, etc.) - Create scripts that convert over the phone - Qualify leads and set up appointments with decision-makers - Track and optimize every step of the funnel Your Responsibilities: Build and manage cold outreach funnels across email, phone, and LinkedIn Write and A/B test compelling copy for each industry segment Automate lead flows using your tools or ours (you tell us what works) Build a repeatable, scalable system to book partnership calls Report daily or weekly on KPIs (open rates, reply rates, calls booked, etc.) Work alongside our leadership team to fine-tune messaging and targeting What You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on outbound sales or lead gen experience A deep understanding of cold outreach automation tools and tactics Proven success building revenue-generating outreach funnels from scratch Experience targeting small to mid-sized business owners (bonus: in services) Strong communication skills, hustle, and strategic thinking Ability to hit the ground running without hand-holding
