GoHighLevel Adminstrator


Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GoHighLevel Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our GoHighLevel CRM platform across multiple business units. This role requires a hands-on administrator with a strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM best practices, and functional knowledge of sales funnel management. The ideal candidate will also bring a foundational understanding of sales and marketing operations, enabling them to align system workflows with broader business goals. Responsibilities System Management & Administration -Maintain and configure the GoHighLevel platform, including pipelines, automations, campaigns, workflows, integrations, and forms. -Set up and manage users, roles, and permissions. -Ensure data integrity through routine maintenance and cleaning of records. Campaign & Funnel Support -Build and manage sales and marketing funnels that support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. -Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deploy email, SMS, and voice campaigns within GoHighLevel. Reporting & Analytics -Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. -Track and analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, and engagement data. Integration & Optimization -Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure smooth data flow and automated processes. -Continuously identify areas for process improvement and system optimization. User Training & Support -Provide onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for internal users. -Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with GoHighLevel support as needed. Qualifications -2+ years of experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap), with hands-on experience on GoHighLevel platform. -Strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals, including lead lifecycle, funnels, KPIs, and campaign performance. -Experience building workflows, automations, and multi-step campaigns. -Familiarity with integrations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native APIs. -Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations. -Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams. Preferred Qualifications -Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-location organizations. -Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms and their integrations (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). -Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
