We're Hubbly, a HubSpot-certified consultancy launching a 60-day sales engine pilot for our client, One Off Apparel. We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and organized sales rep to drive top-of-funnel outreach using HubSpot and prebuilt messaging assets. You'll be supported by our team of strategists and automation experts — all you need to bring is your hustle, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a short-term contract (40 hours over 2 months) with the possibility for extension if results are strong. You’ll be the frontline operator, performing outbound sales outreach to generate qualified conversations. You'll use contact lists provided by us (via LeadUp), sequences we’ve written, and a clean HubSpot pipeline we’ve already configured. Think: minimal guesswork, maximum execution. Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Perform cold outreach to prospects via HubSpot (email first, with optional follow-ups via phone if you’re comfortable) Re-engage existing warm leads and newsletter signups Follow up with recent form fills or abandoned checkouts (where data is available) Log all activity inside HubSpot with clear notes and next steps Participate in weekly 15-minute check-in calls with our strategist Be proactive about flagging wins, issues, or questions along the way Provided to You (What You’ll Get): 2x cold outreach scripts 2x objection handling responses 2x ready-to-go email templates (plus sequences prebuilt in HubSpot) Branded talk track and messaging doc HubSpot training Loom + onboarding from our team Slack/email support from Hubbly for quick questions Ideal Candidate: 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (bonus for B2B or ecommerce) Comfortable with cold outreach — and following a proven structure Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot a big plus) Great written communication and grammar (no typos, no templates gone rogue) Professional but fun — you can follow a process without sounding robotic Available for ~5 hours/week over 2 months, flexible schedule Nice to Have (but not required): Previous use of HubSpot Sales tools Fashion or apparel industry experience Comfort on Zoom/phone if needed for occasional follow-up calls To Apply: Please include: A short intro about you and why this project’s a fit One example of a time you drove results from cold outreach Your availability (days/times you typically work) Let’s build something fun — and get results while we’re at it.
