I have a 6,500 row CSV of user submitted nurse salary data. I need to standardize the Employer names. We are standardizing by their Parent Organization. The issue is the several of the employer names are not standardized. For example, AHN and Allegheny Health Network are the same Employer, but users submitted them as separate names in my salary survey form and this reflects in the CSV. Another example is Employer names shared as two separate words when they should be one: Advent Health and AdventHealth are the same employer, but users submitted them as different names. There also are several spelling errors, capitalization errors, and other small typos that need to be fixed for the Employer column. Many of the employers have similar names, so be careful. Look up the employers to verify official names and locations. You can use the column "My Primary Facility" and "Facility Location" to help with your standardization. Ignore the data in all other columns. If this goes well, I have a lot of other work for you.
