I am looking for someone who can: - Develop and execute a marketing strategy to reach individuals who would benefit from these services. - Create and refine messaging that clearly communicates the value of the offerings. - Implement lead generation strategies through organic and paid marketing channels. - Optimize conversion paths to turn website visitors and social media engagement into booked services. - Develop a corporate outreach plan to connect with HR professionals and company decision-makers. - Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and content marketing to establish credibility and generate interest. Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Proven experience in service-based digital marketing, particularly for coaching, neurodivergence, healthcare, or professional development services. - Experience in B2B outreach and corporate marketing, with an understanding of HR pain points around employee retention, burnout, and workplace accommodations. - Ability to identify and target key audiences, including working professionals, parents of children with ADHD, and university students. - Expertise in lead generation, marketing funnels, and ad targeting across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of content marketing and engagement strategies to build trust and convert leads. Project Scope & Compensation: I am open to both hourly and fixed-price proposals. Competitive pricing and a cost-effective, results-driven strategy will be key factors in my selection.
