We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner & Documentation Lead to serve as the critical connective tissue between the Introzy leadership team and our development partner(s). This hybrid role will function as a middle management layer, driving clarity and execution for our rapidly evolving product lines: Introzy (PRM), Funlz (Survey/Onboarding Engine), and our AI Middleware. You will gather, define, and document feature requests; collaborate closely with stakeholders for prioritization; and guide implementation through development, QA, and release. This position also owns end-to-end customer-facing enablement—creating knowledgebase content, help videos, user guides, and feature announcements. Key Responsibilities Product & Project Leadership Act as the primary intake for all feature requests and improvements from Introzy’s stakeholders and clients. Translate requests into clear, structured Feature Request Templates including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. Own and maintain the Product Backlog across Introzy, Funlz, and our AI middleware. Facilitate feature review and prioritization meetings with founders and stakeholders Coordinate and oversee the handoff to the outside development shops team ensuring specifications are implementation-ready. Implementation & Delivery Management Track and manage features through beta, QA, and final deployment, flagging blockers and coordinating feedback loops with stakeholders. Maintain clear timelines, issue logs, and documentation across multiple projects. Work within Jira or equivalent tools to keep deliverables moving. Technical Documentation & Enablement Produce and maintain internal and external product documentation, including: Knowledgebase articles Release notes User guides How-to videos (via Loom) Guided onboarding flows (via UserPilot) Draft and coordinate client communications regarding upcoming features, changes, and product launches. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with UX/UI specialists to develop wireframes and validate usability of new features (via Figma and Miro). Support Customer Success and Sales teams with the tools and messaging needed to roll out features effectively. Participate in stakeholder planning, retrospectives, and team demos. Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager role at a SaaS company. Strong experience translating ambiguous ideas into clear, developer-ready documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product lines or modules simultaneously. Experience writing high-quality user documentation and customer education materials. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to speak the language of both founders and developers. Familiarity with SaaS B2B platforms, especially in early-stage or sub-100 customer environments.
