We need a few real estate professionals to help test a mobile web app for the real estate industry. You must be a real estate agent or broker and provide you LinkedIn profile link to show this. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to conduct user testing for DreamNeighborhood, a mobile web app that provides neighborhood insights for home seekers and real estate professionals. Testers will record a short video (10-15 minutes) of their first-time experience using the app on an iOS or Android device and complete a Google Form with structured feedback. This one-time task should take about 30 minutes total, including video recording and form submission. What You'll Do: Record a video (screen and voice, 10-15 minutes max) of your first-time experience using DreamNeighborhood. Follow a provided checklist to sign up and explore key features, such as: Signing up for a free account. Searching for neighborhoods and viewing data (e.g., demographics, safety, amenities). Interacting with the map-based interface and visualizations. Share your thoughts aloud during the recording (e.g., ease of use, clarity, any issues). Complete a Google Form (provided) to rate each page, suggest improvements (e.g., adding/removing data, wording, UI changes), and summarize your experience. Upload the video file (via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar). Requirements: Must have an iOS (iPhone) or Android (phone) device with a stable internet connection. Ability to record screen and voice simultaneously (e.g., using built-in screen recording tools or apps like QuickTime, AZ Screen Recorder). Comfortable speaking clearly in English to share thoughts during the recording. No prior experience with DreamNeighborhood (we want fresh perspectives). Familiarity with Google Forms for feedback submission. Deliverables: A 10-15 minute video (MP4 format) capturing your screen and voice as you complete the checklist tasks. A completed Google Form with ratings and suggestions for each page/feature. Compensation: $20 per completed test, based on the quality and thoroughness of the video and feedback. $10 bonus for high quality feedback,.
