We’re looking for a Paid Growth Strategist to lead performance marketing for our cannabis delivery app—with one clear goal: drive app downloads at scale. You’ll own all paid acquisition efforts across ASA, Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and more, working alongside our SEO, organic social, and dispensary B2B teams to build a unified, high-converting go-to-market engine. This is a fast-moving, regulated space—so creativity, compliance, and data-driven decision making are key. What You’ll Own: Build and manage paid campaigns with a focus on maximizing app installs Launch and scale efforts across Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and emerging channels Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics to test and optimize ad performance Work in lockstep with organic, social, and dispensary-facing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeting Analyze KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and report actionable insights weekly You Bring: Proven track record in mobile app paid acquisition, ideally in consumer apps Hands-on experience with major paid platforms (ASA, Meta, TikTok, UAC) Bonus: understanding of cannabis marketing regulations and workarounds Ability to move quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works A collaborative mindset—you know how to lead paid, but play well with organic and brand We’re launching in a competitive market—and need someone who can push growth with precision.
