Researcher Needed: US and Canada Government Meetings

I am seeking a diligent researcher to source videos of public hearings wherein compensation consultants deliver their results. Your task will be to compile video files from any government meeting (City Council, Board of Alderman, Compensation Committee...) where an outside consultant delivers the results of a compensation and salary analysis. Some notes about the process: Search for the largest compensation consulting firms. Find an RFP response from those firms, which will list many of their prior clients. Search for cities, counties, and other governmental entities (airports, water treatment facilities, etc.) in the US and Canada that have completed compensation or benefits studies in the last 5 years. If an entity has completed a study, find a video of the council meeting where the outside consultant delivers the results. Importantly, it must be an outside consulting firm. I need to source as many of these meeting recordings as possible. Your bid should be on a per video basis. I estimate 15-20 minutes of work involved in finding each video, but please do your own research prior to bidding. I am also a freelancer on Upwork.
