We’re looking for a skilled video editor to produce one core promotional video for our collaboration with Bolesworth International, plus a secondary version with a tweaked introductory video hook and separate script. These videos will be showcased at Bolesworth’s events, featured on their social channels, and used across other marketing platforms. Below you will find our footage requirements and what will (or will not) be supplied. Please make sure any general footage or music used is copyright free and able to be used for commercial purposes. Footage Overview: The videos will primarily consist of... - Generic property/building footage (provided) - Footage of one of our co-founders (provided) - Generic B-roll footage (for supporting visuals, not supplied) - Horse B-roll footage (for the alternate hook video only, provided) - Appropriate background music (not supplied) Videos Required: - Core Video: A, engaging storytelling-style promotional video (approx. 1 minute) that introduces who we are and what we do, aligned with the Property Hub Invest branding and tone. This video will primarily use property footage, co-founder Rob’s footage, and generic B-roll. - Same Core Video (tweaked Hook and script) This version includes a brief alternative hook featuring horses, using supplied footage of horse/rider with a separate script. The rest of the video will mirror the Core Video.
