Marketing Manager/ Social Media for Roofing Company & General Contractor

We are seeking a skilled social media and marketing manager to establish and enhance our roofing and general contracting company's online presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage our social media profiles, and implement strategies to grow our audience and improve customer engagement. Experience in the construction or home improvement sector is a plus. If you're creative, organized, and have a passion for social media, we want to hear from you! What we are looking for you to do. ✅ Core Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Develop targeted ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to bring in qualified roofing and remodeling leads. Create landing pages or funnels to capture those leads. Track cost-per-lead and conversion rates for both companies. 2. Branding & Positioning Develop unified, polished brand assets (logos, colors, taglines, flyers) for both companies. Maintain a consistent voice and aesthetic across all channels (especially if you run ads under both brands). 3. Website Management & SEO Oversee website content updates (photos, testimonials, blog posts). Ensure both sites rank on Google for relevant local search terms (like “roofing in Forsyth County” or “remodeling Outer Banks”). 4. Social Media Management Plan and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Create short-form videos (jobsite highlights, customer testimonials, before/after). Engage with comments and messages (or train your team how to). 5. Google Business & Reviews Optimize and update Google Business Profiles for both Tip Top and Sea Thru. Run a system to follow up with customers and request 5-star reviews. Monitor and respond to reviews professionally. 6. Email/SMS Marketing Create automated follow-up sequences for leads that don’t convert immediately. Send monthly or biweekly newsletters with specials, before/after jobs, and promotions. 7. Ad Budget Management Recommend monthly spend and test campaigns. Optimize budget across platforms to get the lowest cost per lead. Report on ROI monthly.
