We’re looking for a highly motivated Brand Partnerships Manager to help us build iconic collaborations that align with our cultural movement. This is not a traditional marketing job—it’s an opportunity to shape partnerships for a visionary destination blending music, meaning, and legacy. Your Role: As Brand Partnerships Manager, you will: Identify and reach out to brands that align with our mission Build and maintain strong relationships with brand teams and agencies Develop and pitch creative collaboration ideas and sponsorship opportunities Negotiate and manage partnership agreements Coordinate with our creative, marketing, and event teams to bring partnerships to life Who You Are: A natural communicator—confident in both writing and speaking Experienced in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer collaborations Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and relationship-building Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once Passionate about culture, music, fashion, and storytelling Bonus if you have: Previous experience in experiential or lifestyle brands Connections in fashion, music, or creator-driven industries Experience with influencer marketing or branded content This is a remote freelance position with potential for ongoing work.
