I am looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative Podcast Organizer & Personal Brand Manager to help amplify my voice across podcast platforms and social media. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both securing high-quality podcast guest opportunities and managing a strong, consistent personal brand online. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for alignment, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to grow influence through storytelling, consistency, and strategic visibility. Responsibilities: Podcast Outreach & Coordination • Research and identify podcasts that align with our mission, target audience, and goals. • Create and maintain a database of relevant podcasts, including contact information and submission requirements. • Develop and personalize pitch emails to podcast hosts, emphasizing our value to their audience. • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for guest appearances. • Prepare briefing materials for podcast appearances, including key talking points and episode themes. • Build relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and industry professionals. • Track outreach efforts, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports. • Stay up-to-date with podcasting trends and best practices to maximize outreach success. Personal Brand & Social Media Management • Support the growth and consistency of my personal brand across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.). • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with podcast appearances, key messages, and brand goals. • Draft, edit, and schedule posts highlighting podcast episodes, behind-the-scenes moments, thought leadership, and brand storytelling. • Repurpose podcast content into engaging social posts, audiograms, quote cards, and newsletters. • Monitor audience engagement and use insights to inform future content strategies. • Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent and aligned across all touchpoints. Qualifications: • Proven experience in podcast outreach, coordination, or production. • Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to identify relevant opportunities. • Excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with social media trends, tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva), and analytics. • Experience managing a personal or executive brand is highly preferred. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for education, parenting, or child development is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience hosting or producing podcasts. • Graphic design or content editing experience for social media. • Knowledge of personal branding strategies and thought leadership development.
