Fix Google Ads & Microsoft Ads Conversion Tracking

I'm running Google and Microsoft Ads for 2 brands for a company I work for. 2 Google Ad accounts and 1 Microsoft Ad account. I am driving clicks to the website, and we are trying to get either calls, form fills for a quote, or a website chat started. There was conversion tracking set up before, but it was not tracking correctly, so I went in and tried to fix it, and now conversions aren't tracking at all. We are using Callrail for call tracking, I THINK that is actually working in Google Ads, but we get so few calls, I'm not 100% sure, and I don't think it's set up for Microsoft Ads. We have Hubspot forms embedded on the WordPress website, Google Tag Manager, and everything connected to Hubspot, but there are still form submissions and no conversions recorded in the ad platform. We are using TeamSupport.com chat software, and I would love to get conversion tracking for Google and Microsoft ads set up too. Ideally, I would like to have someone hop on Zoom and go through it with me and help me fix all of it. For someone who knows what they are doing, it shouldn't take more than an hour.
