We have a website called PrivateMortgageLeads.com where we would like to onboard private money lenders/brokers onto our lead generation platform. These leads are from real estate brokers that are looking for capital for investment property. We are looking for an sales associate who has experience selling software, and ideally marketing technology that can bring on new brokers that are interested in buying these leads. PrivateMortgageLeads is an AI-driven platform, built on a demand-generation, full-funnel, marketing framework. We believe in singular "systems" that constantly learn and improve based on key datapoints. Our infrastructure collects thousands of dimensions (e.g. 'user interests', 'time of day', 'geo location', 'device type', 'cross channel attribution', 'micro-conversions', 'influence analysis'), iterative optimizations through AI, that would not be possible with even an entire army of digital marketers and data science engineers. We are looking to hire someone on an hourly basis with a monthly performance-based bonus
