I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my social media presence and help manage incoming engagement. The main goal is to boost visibility, direct traffic to Facebook Messenger, and help me convert interactions into scheduled appointments. Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to engagement (likes, comments, shares) on scheduled posts • Greet and engage with followers in a warm, professional tone • Promptly respond to comments and DMs and guide leads to Facebook Messenger • Use provided scripts to pre-qualify leads and answer basic questions • Tag and organize leads for follow-up • Coordinate with me to book discovery or consultation appointments • Track interactions and flag hot leads for direct follow-up • Light content scheduling (optional) Requirements: • Strong written communication in English • Experience with Facebook (Business Pages and Messenger) • Friendly, professional tone • Organized and dependable • Available for quick check-ins and timely responses • Experience with appointment scheduling is a plus Bonus if you have: • Experience in credit repair, coaching, or financial services • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Calendly, or CRM systems Hours: Part-time, flexible—roughly 1–4 hours per day with potential for growth.
