We’re looking for a performance-driven Google Ads specialist with proven B2B SaaS experience (mandatory) to launch and optimize a focused campaign for our HR Tech startup. Experience in HR tech is a plus. Goal: Generate 25 qualified free trials in 3 weeks through Search and Retargeting campaigns. If the goal is met, the role will evolve into a part-time engagement for 3-6 months. Scope (Phase 1 – Setup & Execution): Full campaign setup (Search + Retargeting) Keyword research and ad group structure Ad copywriting focused on conversion GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking setup (including Consent Mode for EU) Ongoing performance monitoring and improvement A/B testing strategy for ads and landing pages (we’ll handle content edits, but you advise on what to test) Basic CRO feedback on the current landing page Timeline: Start ASAP. Campaign runs for 3 weeks. Extension to part-time (3 months) based on hitting performance targets.
