We’re looking for an experienced consultant—ideally someone with both legal and financial expertise—to help us design and finalize a partnership buy-in and equity structure for our S-Corp. This includes advising on governance, ownership, tax implications, and reviewing a draft legal agreement. Your insights will help shape a sustainable, fair, and clear partnership model as we bring on new leadership and collaborators.
