Lead & Coach a Junior Sales Team: Provide hands-on coaching and development to a high-potential but junior-level team. You'll bring the structure, oversight, and mentorship necessary to accelerate their growth and confidence. Refine & Enhance Sales Processes: Evaluate and evolve our current systems, injecting structure and repeatable frameworks to drive predictable results and efficiencies as we scale. Build the “Stratco Method”: Create and implement a sales and client relationship model with defined language, approach, and long-term frameworks that support sustainable growth and team alignment. Foster Authentic Leadership: Go beyond metrics. You’ll invest in developing your team’s business acumen, confidence, and leadership capacity to prepare them for next-level challenges. Anticipate & Adapt to Change: Help lead a shift from reactive to proactive sales operations—particularly in response to changing incentives and evolving business needs. Implement Smart Tools: Support tracking, reporting, and automation efforts to improve visibility into performance and reduce manual work across the board. Other: Outline any discrepancies and improvements that we may not have accounted for What You Bring: • Proven experience coaching and leading junior or early-career sales professionals • A strong grasp of sales process design, CRM tools, and sales enablement best practices • The ability to build structured, repeatable systems that drive results • Deep commitment to people development and authentic leadership • Strategic foresight and adaptability in a fast-changing environment • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills • Experience in the real estate or clean energy industry is a plus
