Company: First Aide Health Care (www.firstaidehc.com) What We Do: We help NYC primary care doctors and ACOs manage homebound/high-risk patients and prevent avoidable ER/hospital visits. Our in-home responders perform full clinical evaluations (vitals, EKG, labs, telehealth facilitation), keeping patients connected to their PCP and out of the hospital. What We Need: We are looking for a freelance healthcare BD consultant who can: ✅ Identify and map NYC ACOs and their leadership ✅ Contact and connect with decision-makers (Population Health, ACO Execs, Care Coordination) ✅ Open doors, set intro meetings ✅ Represent First Aide’s value proposition to ACO leaders Ideal Candidate: Strong background in selling services to ACOs / healthcare networks Familiar with CMS ACO models + value-based care Existing NYC healthcare relationships = big plus Good communicator and relationship builder Available 5–15 hours/week to start Engagement: Freelance / Contract Hourly rate or project-based Bonus potential for closed deals If you have experience working with NYC ACOs or helping vendors sell into value-based care organizations, please apply!
