We're building a modern, accessible financial platform starting with cross-border money transfers, and expanding into adjacent verticals like insurance and credit. What We Need: We’re seeking a results-oriented Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter to help us identify, engage, and recruit the right CEO to lead this company forward. You’ll work directly with the founding team to understand the mission, shape the candidate profile, and run point on sourcing and vetting top leadership talent. Responsibilities: Collaborate with founders to define the ideal CEO profile (experience, network, leadership style, etc.) Proactively source CEO candidates via LinkedIn, ziprecruiter, personal networks, fintech communities, and relevant platforms Manage outreach, initial conversations, and coordinate interviews Evaluate candidates based on track record, fit, and alignment with our vision Help structure compensation discussions and close the selected candidate Ideal Background: Experience in executive recruiting (in-house or agency) Prior work recruiting in fintech, remittance, or startup leadership a big plus Strong sourcing and outreach skills, especially via LinkedIn Organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial — able to work independently with limited direction Compensation: Hourly or fixed project fee + success bonus for placement.
