We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of interactive, simulation-based eLearning content on the Thinkific platform. This role is ideal for someone who has both creative instructional design experience and technical familiarity with Thinkific, including coding capabilities to build dynamic learner experiences. Project Overview: We are a growing provider of online training for allied healthcare careers, including programs in medical assisting, phlebotomy, pharmacy technician, and more. We are looking to elevate our courses by incorporating interactive simulations, refining existing course content, and enhancing learner engagement.
