Manage all accounting functions and prep for USA tax 10 -15 hours per month

• Send approximately 10 invoices per month via QuickBooks • Manage accounts payable (fewer than 15 vendors) • Process client expense reimbursements • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions monthly • Generate monthly Accounts Receivable reports • Create and maintain monthly Profit & Loss and General Ledger reports • Prepare and organize books for submission to tax attorneys for annual filing Requirements: • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred) • Knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping and tax preparation standards • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly • Accuracy and attention to detail • Comfortable working with small businesses • Understanding of cash vs. accrual accounting
