Experienced Event Planner Needed for Annual Conferences


We’re looking for an experienced Event Planner to help organize and manage a calendar of high-impact events for our firm. This includes everything from small advisor roundtables and webinars to larger in-person events with sponsors and clients. About Us: We are a national wealth management platform supporting over 270 independent financial advisors across the U.S. We have annual conferences/events for where our advisors attend for multiple days/nights. What You’ll Do: -Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (50 to 150 attendees) -Oversee logistics: venues, catering, AV, tech, travel, vendors -Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, BD, operations) -Manage event timelines and budgets -Prepare run-of-show documents and manage event day execution -Support post-event surveys and debriefs Ideal Experience: -5+ years in event planning or corporate event management -Experience with both virtual and physical formats -Vendor and contract negotiation skills -Excellent organizational and communication abilities -Familiarity with the financial services space is a plus Project Scope: -Estimated 2 to 5 events per year -Flexible monthly hours -Remote work; travel for events only Budget: Open to hourly or flat fee per event.
