Country Community Manager - Germany

We are seeking dynamic Country Community Manager for Germany to lead our community building efforts and strengthen our ecosystem presence in this key European market. This role combines strategic community development with hands-on engagement to build authentic relationships with pet owners, passionate individuals, environmental advocates, organizations, institutions and policy makers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute country-specific community strategies aligned with global brand values • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at different levels • Organize and manage local events, workshops, and educational programs • Create culturally relevant content that resonates with German community • Moderate social media channels in native language • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging • Coordinate with the global community team on best practices and strategy alignment • Identify and establish partnerships with key local stakeholders • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences • Provide insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies • Serve as the voice of local communities within the global organization Technical Skills • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) • Basic understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools • Content creation abilities (writing, basic graphic design, video editing) • Event planning and project management capabilities Soft Skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt messaging for local markets • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Passion for animal welfare and sustainable practices • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment • Collaborative mindset with cross-cultural teamwork experience Linguistical Skills German: native (C2) or C1 English: C1 Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch can be a plus but not required.
