Project Description: We are producing a cinematic, high-impact leadership video curriculum — blending the intensity of elite athletics with the discipline of executive leadership. The content is professionally scripted and delivered on-camera by our CEO in a clean, studio-style setting. We’re seeking a video editor or boutique production partner to turn this content into a polished, modern, engaging learning experience — using motion graphics, b-roll, kinetic text, and clean transitions. This job includes a paid pilot test cut (30–40 seconds), followed by the full 6-lesson participant curriculum and a separate 30–45 min manager module. Scope of Work Phase 1: Paid Test Edit (Pilot Clip) You’ll receive: 30–40 seconds of raw footage from Lesson 1 Script excerpt with directional cues Brand assets (logos, fonts, music direction) Sample b-roll or suggested placements We’re looking for: Thoughtful integration of text, transitions, and light motion graphics Clean music layering + audio balance Brightening and soft touch up for vibrant, clean and elevated professional look Modern pacing and strong narrative feel (raw footage will have a sports vibe) Budget for test cut: $100–$150 USD Timeline: Deliver edit within 3–5 days of assignment Finalists will be selected based on this test to complete the full curriculum production.
