Magento 2 Expert Needed for Live Security & Performance Review (1:1 Session)

We are seeking an experienced Magento 2 developer or security specialist for a live screen-sharing session to help us review an eCommerce site currently hosted on a managed platform (Nexcess). We're experiencing issues such as suspicious customer behavior (potential card testing), intermittent login problems, and occasional front-/back-end display errors. The goal is to assess the system for vulnerabilities and improve security and performance in real-time. Session Objectives: • Review Magento setup for vulnerabilities, fraud patterns, or misconfigurations • Investigate signs of credit card testing or account abuse • Analyze extensions, caching setup, and core/plugin versions • Provide live guidance on prioritizing security and performance improvements • Help identify what can be fixed internally vs escalated to hosting support Relevant Security Tools/Experience (preferred but not required): • Riskified (fraud prevention and chargeback protection) • Signifyd (fraud detection and order automation) • Sift or NoFraud • Magento Security Scan Tool • Patchstack, Malcare, or Sucuri • WAFs such as Cloudflare or Sucuri • Experience with PCI DSS and 3D Secure practices • Server-level access logs, firewall rules, and Magento logs review Requirements: • Expert-level experience with Magento 2 • Ability to conduct a live screen-share session (Zoom) • Strong understanding of Magento security, fraud prevention, and hosting environments • Strong experience with Nexcess and managed Magento platforms To apply, please include: 1.
