I’m currently assembling a team of experienced freelancers to help fulfill a large federal government contract I’ve been awarded as the prime. This is a national opportunity — and I’m looking for strong, collaborative partners. About the Contract: This is a 12-month, nationwide digital marketing campaign. The agency has historically relied on traditional outreach, but is now pivoting to digital methods to dramatically scale results. They’ve seen some success with digital media in the past — but now need a more modern, emotionally resonant approach. The Goal: attract more diverse, qualified applicants through personalized and engaging content that inspires action. Who I’m Looking For: A Paid Media Specialist who understands how to run large digital ad campaigns that perform well. This role is focused on managing the day-to-day performance of campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and making data-backed adjustments to improve conversion and ROI. You’ll be working alongside a media buyer, creative team, and PR team. Your job is execution and optimization — you’ll ensure we’re reaching the right audience with the right message and tracking what matters. What you’ll be doing: Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn Monitor campaign analytics and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets as needed Coordinate with the creative director to test ad messaging and creative Track performance metrics across all platforms and provide regular performance reports Support campaign experimentation (A/B tests, landing pages, etc.) Ensure campaign setup and tracking aligns with NAVSEA’s digital and compliance needs Preferred experience: Experience managing federal or large-scale recruitment campaigns Familiarity with Yello platform Proficient in campaign reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, etc.) Able to show past performance managing campaigns with a national reach and diverse audiences
