Overview We are seeking a highly organized and technically fluent Project Leader to oversee a multi-phase initiative focused on consolidating and cleaning data across multiple systems, enabling future-state AI capabilities, and supporting enterprise-wide reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex data programs involving Snowflake, Salesforce, and governed data environments. This role involves working closely with both internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver clean, scalable data architecture, support change management, and ensure on-time execution of deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of a multi-phase data infrastructure and enablement project Manage internal cross-functional teams and external technical consultants (data engineering, MDM, AI) Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of project phases: data cleanup, standardization, governance, and AI integration Maintain clear timelines, resource allocations, and milestone tracking in Smartsheet or equivalent PM tools Serve as the primary point of contact across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors Enforce adherence to data governance, SoC2/ISO standards, and internal access protocols Coordinate the development of GUID logic and deduplication processes across datasets Facilitate smooth transitions between project phases while ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise data environments Strong understanding of data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Salesforce, and ETL processes Experience leading projects that involve cross-system data alignment, metadata management, and standardization Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical specialists, analysts, and business leaders Familiarity with SoC2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance standards Effective communication, documentation, and issue-resolution skills PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred Preferred Experience Exposure to AI/ML or NLP projects leveraging structured CRM or marketing datasets Prior experience managing data cleanup and deduplication projects across client instances Understanding of resource pool management (hourly, retainer, or time and materials models) Success in This Role Looks Like: Data cleanup and deduplication efforts are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption Stakeholders are aligned on scope, progress, and next steps throughout the project lifecycle Project phases are delivered on-time, within scope, and with clear handoffs Future-state AI capabilities are supported with clean, query able datasets Internal teams gain repeatable processes to reduce long-term vendor dependency
