Hotel is in the north east, we have full 2 year P&L, other pieces including inspection reports, some other data about condition of the property. Also, purchase and reno budget. Need your professional help to tell us if we invest X in price or hotel, Y in reno, based on current financials and comps in the area how much we could be making. So we could make an educated guess.
