We’re looking for a YouTube expert who lives and breathes titles, thumbnails, and authentic content that gets views. What you’ll do: - Craft scroll-stopping titles and thumbnails (even before we hit record). - Help plan and guide video ideas to make sure they’re authentic but also high-performing. - Watch full-length (2hr+) live event recordings, extract the best hook, main content, and ending for YouTube clips. - Identify and pull out powerful moments that make people want to click and watch till the end. - Turn deep or esoteric topics (spirituality, manifestation, mindset, inner child, abundance, etc.) into irresistible videos. Who you are: - You have experience growing channels in spirituality, personal growth, manifestation, or similar niches. - You understand the psychology behind why people click. - You know the difference between a good video and a viral video. - Comfortable working with long-form and live content.
