Our offerings include engineering, design, inspection, and project management services, with a focus on creating value through diversity, collaboration, and creativity. Based in Denver, we bring precision, expertise, and code-compliant solutions to a wide range of industries. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to support our team part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This support role will focus on selling professional services such as inspection, design, and project management to prospective clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships through in-person interactions. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and engineering sectors. • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, showcasing our services in inspection, design, and project management. • Attend in-person meetings, networking events, and other professional gatherings to promote AOM Solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and effectively communicate the value of our multidisciplinary services. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and client feedback. Qualifications • Proven sales experience, ideally within the professional services or construction industries. • Strong understanding of construction principles and processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable attending in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events. • Familiarity with professional engineering, design, and project management services is a plus.
