Need expertise in O 365, Someone based in Dallas, TX would be preferred. 1. Solution Design & Architecture Design and architect secure, scalable, and high-performing Office 365 solutions. Provide expertise in Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview (Compliance). Develop technical roadmaps for O365 adoption and migration. 2. Migration Planning & Execution Lead or support migration projects from on-premises or other platforms (e.g., Lotus Notes, Google Workspace) to Office 365. Create migration strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and define cutover plans. Utilize tools like Quest, BitTitan, or native Microsoft solutions for mailbox and file migrations. 3. Governance & Security Define and implement governance policies for Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Groups. Work with security teams to align with compliance and data protection standards (e.g., DLP, Conditional Access, eDiscovery, Microsoft Defender).
