We’re seeking an experienced residential property manager to help build and document our core systems and train our in-house team so both our long-term rental arm and our luxury short-term brand can run seamlessly. You’ll: • Lead a kickoff audit of existing file structures, software, and workflows for both portfolio types. • Design an organized folder hierarchy • Create an SOP playbook covering: • Lease execution & renewals • Guest inquiry funnel & concierge handoff • Tenant & guest onboarding communications • Maintenance request intake & vendor coordination • Rent/fee collection & late-fee procedures • Move-out inspections, check-out procedures & deposit handling • Conduct hands-on “train-the-trainer” sessions with our property team • Deliver a final health check and prioritized 30/60/90-day action plan Qualifications: • Residential property management experience • Proven track record setting up workflows • Strong documentation skills (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) • Familiarity with at least one PMS (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio) and guest-management systems (e.g., Hostfully, Guesty) • Excellent communicator and trainer Engagement Details: • Duration: Flexible, tailored to project scope • Fee: Hourly or flat-fee proposals welcomed • Location: Remote, with Pacific-Time availability
