Hi there, I’m a Fractional COO and Business Expansion Coach supporting a mission-driven entrepreneur who is rapidly scaling his business — and I’m looking for a **proactive, experienced Online Business Manager (OBM)** or **Operations Manager** to join our team and help bring structure, systems, and strategy to the business. This is a **long-term, part-time CONTRACTOR position (starting at 20 hours/week)** with the potential for growth. --- **IMPORTANT: This is *not* a Virtual Assistant role** Please apply **only if you have experience as an OBM managing people and projects**. He is in an exciting growth phase and needs a strong operations partner to help bring his vision to life.
