What We Expect From You Your Mission: You are the mentor to our email marketers. Your goal is to help them grow the sales from email marketing for our clients. Responsibilities: - Develop 6-12 month email marketing plans for our clients - Review up to 30 email accounts to help build a plan for improving the email performance - Create training materials for the team around copywriting, designs, email strategy - Collect email inspiration ideas visually and from a copywriting standpoint to share with the team - Write client case studies, collect results screenshots and great email screenshots - Do 1-on-1 with the team to help improve their performance - Collect materials we can use for marketing (email ideas etc) - Stay on top of latest email marketing trends & strategies Requirements - 3+ Years Of Klaviyo Experience - 1+ Years Of Experience Leading Teams - 1+ Years Experience In D2C Marketing (other than email & sms) - Must be Proactive - Must be a Leader - Good Presentation Skills Results What does success look like after: - 30 Days: You’re up do date to our processes, you understand the KPIs for clients and you've identified the clients we run tests for to generate more sales. - 90 Days: You've consistently found new email inspiration for the team. You've built a 6 month email marketing plan for our top 10 clients and you've prepared a training calendar for the team. - 180 Days: You've built a 6 month email marketing plan for all of our clients, you do 1 on 1’s with the team, our team has greatly improved our design quality, copywriting and we are on the path to become the #1 Best Copywriting Email Agency - Ultimate Result: The clients feel we have a strong strategy that brings results, they feel guided and see the improvements.
