Fancy helping me a setting up my first Linkedin Ad

Just so I can understand the platform, before I outsource the task on a long term basis, I'm looking for someone to help me set up a LinkedIn ad campaign — ideally by walking me through the process step-by-step while I share my screen. We already have a clean database of 15,000 names and email addresses that I’d like to use for targeting, so I’d like support with setting up a matched audience and structuring the campaign effectively. This is a one-off project for now, but I’m open to future work if all goes well. If you’re experienced with LinkedIn Ads, matched audiences, and can explain things clearly as we go, I’d love to hear from you. I'll pay you for your time consulting me.
