Hubspot Admin/Marketing


Overview: We’re seeking a highly skilled HubSpot administrator and marketing automation expert to take full ownership of our HubSpot environment. You’ll help structure data, build workflows, segment customers, run campaigns, and enable our sales team to work efficiently and intelligently. This is a long-term, part-time role with high impact and lots of autonomy. What You’ll Do: Clean and structure our HubSpot data to reflect real-world sales operations Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for sales and marketing KPIs Create smart contact segments and dynamic lists for targeted communications Design and implement workflows for lead management, follow-up, and sales handoffs Launch and optimize marketing campaigns (emails, sequences, forms, etc.) Monitor campaign performance and iterate for continuous improvement Maintain system documentation and train internal teams on updates and tools Who You Are: Proven HubSpot expert (CRM + Marketing Hub experience required) Background in B2B marketing, automation, and sales enablement Fluent in data segmentation, lifecycle stages, and pipeline setup Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Comfortable working part-time long-term (10–20 hrs/week average) To Apply: In your application, please answer the following: What’s a common mistake you see companies make in their HubSpot setup?
