Looking for a photoshop guru to fill in a thin patch on the top of my head

Looking for a photoshop guru (someone amazing with photoshop) to fix a thin patch of hair at the top of my crown. I’d like for it to look natural as possible and be able to blend in with the rest of my natural hair. I would prefer a before/after if possible. Also, this baseball game was a special game for me, as my Dad next to me ended up passing away just a few days after. I’m really bummed that I didn’t wear a baseball jersey as this was our last game together and I think it would’ve been more meaningful. Is there any way we can manipulate the photo to switch me from wearing a white t-shirt to a baseball jersey, while still having my arm around my Dad’s shoulder? I’d like to know if this is possible. If so, I would be willing to expand the project and pay over $100+ dollars for that to be done. Thanks again, Evan
