Monday CRM Implementation & Integration

We are a regional, multi-location pool service and retail business looking to implement the monday.com CRM. Our goal is to customize it for our use case and maximize the use of automations from lead generation to worker orders and invoice. We need to integrate the CRM with several outside tools including retail point of sale, inventory manager, fleet telematics, VOIP, and some specialty pool software likely using make.com or direct API calls. Project will include customizing the CRM, setting up work flows, loading in legacy system data, and connecting various systems. You will serve as architect, doer, and project manager working directly with our management team across multiple locations. Open to a longer-term relationship and ongoing support model.
