As we grow, we’re looking to deepen our technical infrastructure and tracking precision to ensure every campaign is optimized and accountable. The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable Conversion Tracking & Pixel Implementation Specialist to support our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll audit existing tracking setups, implement new conversion tracking systems (Meta, Google Ads, GA4), and act as a trusted expert on attribution best practices. You’ll work closely with our media buyers and creative leads to ensure clean, accurate data and dependable reporting across ad platforms. What You’ll Do • Audit existing Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Ads tracking setups (pixels, events, GTM, GA4, etc.) • Implement or repair tracking infrastructure across client sites and ad platforms • Set up new ad accounts and ensure proper pixel/event tracking from day one • Advise on server-side tracking, offline conversions, and attribution modeling where relevant • Document setups clearly and provide troubleshooting support as needed • Collaborate with media buyers and creative leads to ensure tracking aligns with campaign strategy • Recommend tracking best practices and maintain a pulse on platform updates
