KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an agency that understands the senior care industry intimately and can execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Lead the Digital Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute a full-funnel, omni-channel marketing strategy tailored specifically to the senior care industry. - Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through a balanced mix of paid, organic, and community-driven marketing strategies. - Own messaging, positioning, and content strategy, ensuring that every piece of marketing aligns with the values and unique needs of the senior care community. 2. Build & Expand Brand Presence in the Senior Care Industry - Position our business as a trusted platform for both senior service providers and family caregivers. - Develop and distribute industry-specific content (case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and video storytelling) that speaks directly to the unique concerns and aspirations of the senior care audience. - Manage and grow social media communities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring that content is relevant and resonant with both B2B and B2C audiences. 3. Execute Performance Marketing & SEO Growth - Lead and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI while considering the nuances of the senior care industry. - Implement SEO and content marketing strategies that improve organic reach and visibility in senior care-related searches. - Track, analyze, and adjust campaigns in real-time, ensuring continuous optimization. 4. Develop Integrated B2B & B2C Campaigns - Develop tailored marketing funnels for B2B senior care providers and B2C family caregivers, ensuring that messaging is not only effective but also sensitive to the unique needs and emotions of this audience. - Leverage email marketing, PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to build trust and broaden reach. - Identify creative, cost-effective ways to engage and grow our user base, understanding the long-term relationships and trust required in the senior care industry. 5. Community Engagement & PR Outreach - Foster meaningful relationships within the senior care community, building partnerships with trusted organizations, caregivers, and thought leaders. - Lead community-driven initiatives and email marketing campaigns, ensuring that we stay connected to the people and organizations that are making an impact in senior care. 6. Crowdfunding & Growth Hacking (Preferred, Not Required) - Experience with crowdfunding (Kickstarter, GoFundMe, or equity-based funding) is a bonus. - Develop early engagement strategies to build anticipation and support for our 2026 launch.
