Job Title: Project Manager – Systems Delivery & Client Implementation Engagement: Contract / Fractional (≈ 20 hrs/week to start, potential FTE) Location: Remote (3+ hours overlap with US Central Time preferred) Compensation: $55–$80/hour (commensurate with experience) About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Manager who can lead internal delivery efforts and serve as the main point of contact for client implementations. The majority of what we deliver is based on proven templates, with a smaller percentage requiring client-specific customization. You’ll ensure these systems move through our pipeline smoothly—from project intake to final client handoff—while helping us improve the way we deliver over time. This is a hands-on operational role focused on coordinating people, processes, and outcomes—not building tools or writing code. What You'll Do Own project timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple contributors Act as the primary client-facing lead during onboarding and implementation—guiding setup, answering questions, and making sure each system meets client expectations Manage our delivery board (ClickUp) and ensure visibility and accountability at each stage Onboard new contributors and ensure they follow internal standards and workflows Review submitted work for structure, consistency, and documentation completeness Translate client feedback into action plans and delivery adjustments Continuously improve internal delivery processes (templates, SOPs, QA steps, etc.) What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience managing operations or systems delivery in a B2B or services environment Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, etc.) Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and organizational thinking Confident communicator—especially in asynchronous environments across time zones Able to lead client interactions without needing technical depth Bonus If You Have Experience working with productized services or modular delivery models Familiarity with low-code tools (e.g. Airtable, Notion, Make.com, etc.) Ability to spot and correct gaps in documentation or quality Comfortable writing SOPs, checklists, or managing contributor onboarding What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on time with minimal back-and-forth Client implementations feel structured, guided, and consistent Contributors stay aligned with process and expectations The delivery system itself gets better, faster, and easier over time To Apply Please include: A short note about your background and experience managing system or process delivery One example of a system, workflow, or client implementation you helped guide end-to-end Your hourly rate, weekly availability, and time zone We’re reviewing applicants on a rolling basis.
