WHAT WE DO: At Zuzuz, we offer a distinctive service that converts digital photographs into exquisite, laser-engraved 6”x6” ceramic tile portraits. Our customers upload their digital images, which can range from heartwarming photos of children and pets to captivating shots of livestock, or memorable event imagery from vacations, special gatherings, engagements, weddings, and sadly, memorials (the photo ops are endless). There’s a metal stand that ships with the tile, allowing for placement on any shelf or desk or counter in the customer’s home or office. Mobility is one of our key selling points. Our skilled team meticulously zooms and crops each photo to achieve the perfect portrait. Subsequently, the image is refined using specialized software before being precisely etched onto a painted ceramic tile with one of our industrial CO2 lasers. The remarkable result is a beautiful black-and-white image, created by the laser's precision burning. Once complete, each tile is sealed with an acrylic coating and thoughtfully presented in a custom-designed, craft-colored 6x6 corrugated box, including an interior insert for protection during shipping. WHAT THE MAILER BOX NEEDS: We want a “WOW!!” experience when the customer receives their portrait and for the unboxing event too. We’ll wrap the tile in tissue that has our logo, apply a logo sticker and include a custom thank you/review request card to top it all off before sealing the box in shrink wrap for shipping. We have a new logo designed and we would like to feed off of that design. Being that we can (and have) lasered livestock and domestic animals as well as couple engagements and kids with their pets, we would like to integrate that into the design. We’re thinking doodle type images of people/pets/kids along with a design that would pull it all together inside and outside of the mailer. Doodles can be duplicated to fill in the space. We’re looking for an UNCLUTTERED, PROFESSIONAL yet FUN design that is NOT childish looking, but IS FUN. We have a couple of taglines and a website URL, as well as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts that we would like to have integrated into the design (Add QR Code above/next to social media logos?), as well as a short story about our company’s name/message (inside cover?): “Inspired by It’s a Wonderful Life, ZUZUZ nods to “Zuzu’s petals”—a symbol of love, legacy, and the small things that make life meaningful. Just like Zuzu’s petals, we aim to touch lives in a positive way—by doing what we love, staying present, and giving back. --Danny” The box manufacturer will print on both sides of the mailer. We’re waiting for information back concerning the insert as well as the final template so that your design may be applied; both are expected by 6/15/25 but we would like to begin with the dimensions above on a generic preliminary design template if possible.
