We are a digital marketing agency. Before hiring someone to implement our tracking and audience-building setup fully, we’d like to schedule a consultation to discuss our current needs and refine our plan. Key Discussion Points: 1. Audience Building & Remarketing • Creating targeted audiences, including: • Visitors who spend 15 seconds or more on a page • Users who scroll to certain depths • Visitors who have been to a specific page twice in 30 days • Syncing these audiences from Google Analytics to Google Ads and leveraging them in Facebook Ads as well. 4. Challenges & Best Practices • How to handle data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) if relevant. • Troubleshooting tips for discrepancies between platforms. • Ensuring accurate data flow and minimal tracking disruptions (e.g., ad blockers, browser privacy settings). Goal of the Consultation: • Receive expert advice on the optimal approach to set up events, audiences, and conversions. • Get feedback on our current ideas, confirm feasibility, and gather recommendations for an efficient tracking and remarketing strategy. • Outline a clear, step-by-step implementation plan. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and server-side tracking. • Strong Communication Skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. • Proven Experience with similar projects (especially local lead generation, home services, remodeling, etc.). • Availability for a virtual consultation (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet) of approximately 1–2 hours, plus possible follow-up questions via Upwork messages. Deliverables: • A consultation call (1–2 hours) during which we discuss the points above. • A brief summary or checklist outlining the recommended next steps for our tracking and audience setup (can be in bullet-point form or a short document). Budget & Timeline: • Budget: We’re open to hourly or fixed-rate proposals for the consultation. Please indicate your rate. • Timeline: Consultation to take place within the next 1–2 weeks.
