Location: Remote (US-based) Type: Freelance / Part-time (approx 2 months) We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and culturally fluent Publicist to support the launch of an influencer collection, a bold and beautiful new adult wellness range made by women, for women. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact launch in the women’s wellness space — and shape how the world talks about pleasure. You'll be responsible for media list building, pitching / outreach, influencer gifting coordination, and helping our product land in the right hands — from Cosmo editors to TikTok reviewers. Key Responsibilities Build and manage outreach lists for top-tier U.S. media (BuzzFeed, Cosmo, etc.) Pitch affiliate editors and writers for Amazon listicle placement Track affiliate links, placements, and press coverage Post out PR mailers and manage a product seeding tracker to influencers and media Support execution of digital press kits Monitor social and editorial trends in sexual wellness and self-care Draft pitch notes and assist with copy for emails and media assets About You 3-5 years of experience in PR, influencer, affiliate marketing, or editorial You’ve worked with wellness or women’s lifestyle brands — bonus if you’ve done anything in adult / women's wellness Understanding of affiliate-driven content (especially Amazon) Comfortable writing or editing light PR copy (e.g. media outreach, pitch lines) Obsessed with media and creators — you know who’s writing what, and who’s trending on TikTok Highly organized and responsive — you can manage multiple tasks and follow up like a pro Passionate about body-positive, inclusive storytelling Must-have Contacts and experience pitching outlets like BuzzFeed, Cosmo, R29, The Cut, Women’s Health, etc. Some understanding of media placements for Amazon lists (affiliates across Amazon Associates, LTK, Skimlinks helps)
